Find a Missing Package that Shows as Delivered

This article pertains to deliveries that, when tracked via the carrier's website, appear as "Delivered" (marked as Such) even though you have not received them.

  1. We have compiled a few steps for you to consider below.
  2. Please confirm that the correct shipping address was input when creating the order. You can visit account.anderic.com, click on the order, and view the details at the bottom of the order detail page, under "Shipping address."
  3. Look for a notice of delivery attempt. In this situation, the carrier will typically leave a slip stating such and let you know why the delivery was not made at the time. This slip may be in your mailbox or on your door, where they typically leave packages.
  4. Check the area around the delivery location.
  5. Ask your household members and neighbors.
  6. Wait 48 hours after the stated delivery date for the package to be delivered. Sometimes, especially with USPS, they will accidentally mark the package as "Delivered" prematurely. If this is the case, they will usually give it within 48 hours; however, we have seen it take up to a week.
  7. Please don't hesitate to contact the carrier for further information. We always recommend calling the local post office or the carrier to see if they have any additional information on the package.

If the package still doesn't show up in the next day or two, don't hesitate to reach out to us. We're here and happy to help you further.

Please don’t worry—we want to make sure you're completely happy with your order. Thank you so much for your patience as we sort this out. Keep us updated on what you find.
