[User Guide] Anderic 63T-AC8.3T Universal Ceiling Fan Remote Control Kit Installation Instructions

General Information

The Anderic 63T-AC8.3T Kit's remote controller is designed to control the speed of your ceiling fan and the brightness of your lights separately. Four buttons (HIGH, MEDIUM, LOW, and OFF) control the fan’s speed and the off setting.

The light dimmer button controls the light brightness, dimmer, and off settings.

The blue indicator on the remote will light when one of the six buttons is pressed.

Cautions:

  • A qualified electrician should install it.
  • Please ensure there is sufficient space in the fan canopy to accommodate the receiver before ordering.
  • If your fan is an old version and has to PULL CHAINS to get the correct speeds and function, please turn PULL CHAINS to the max speed position and turn the light on (if any).

Troubleshooting Guide

The remote fails to operate.

  • Is there power to the receiver?
  • Is the receiver wired correctly?
  • Are the drawstrings (if applicable) set to High speed, and the light in the on position?
  • Is the wall switch turned on?
  • Are the batteries installed correctly and have a reasonable charge?
  • Are the code switches set at the same positions in both the remote and receiver?

The light or fan is turning on and off randomly.

  • The issue may be due to possible interference from or to other remote controls, such as garage door openers, car alarms, or security systems. You can change the code combination on your remote and receiver.

The remote will not operate at a distance.

  • Try placing the brown antenna wire on the receiver higher through the ceiling/outside the junction box.

Does the wireless remote control kit fit my ceiling fan perfectly?
