[User Guide] RRF1G1 - Universal Voice Remote for Amazon Fire TV Devices

Compatibility

The ANDERIC RRF1G1 works with most Amazon Fire TV devices, including:

How to Pair

Option 1: Pairing with Fire TV Smart TV

  1. Press HOME on your Fire TV remote.
  2. Navigate to: Settings → Controllers & Bluetooth Devices → Voice Remotes with Alexa → Add New Remote
  3. Press and hold the HOME button on the RRF1G1 for 10 seconds.
  4. When pairing is successful, begin using voice control.
  • If voice control does not work, repeat the steps above.

Option 2: Pairing with Fire TV Stick or Fire TV Cube

  1. Unplug the power from your Fire TV device.
  2. Wait 10 seconds, then reconnect the power.
  3. Do NOT press any buttons during startup.
  4. Wait approximately 1 minute for the pairing screen to appear.
  5. Press and hold the HOME button for 10 seconds.
  • If voice control does not function, repeat the process.

Pairing Additional Remotes

To pair more than one remote

  1. Go to Settings on your Fire TV.
  2. Select Controllers & Bluetooth Devices.
  3. Select Amazon Fire TV Remotes.
  4. Press and hold the HOME button for 10 seconds.
  • If seven remotes are already paired, remove one before pairing a new remote.

Troubleshooting

If Volume +/-, Mute, or Power buttons do not work

  1. Replace batteries (alkaline batteries recommended).
  2. Move within 10 feet (3 meters) of the Fire TV device.
  3. Restart your Fire TV (unplug and reconnect power)
  4. Once on the home screen, press and hold HOME for 10 seconds to re-pair.

Factory Reset (Before Pairing to Another Device)

If pairing to a different Fire TV device, reset the remote first

  1. Press and hold LEFT + MENU + BACK simultaneously for 12 seconds.
  2. Release all buttons.
  3. Press any button.
  • A green light will illuminate, indicating a successful reset.
  • If the light does not turn green, repeat the steps.
