[User Guide] Anderic RRHC100B & RRTV100B Full Programming Instructions


The Anderic RRTV100B & RRHC100B are Smart TV universal remote controls designed specifically for Smart TVs, making them an excellent choice for hospitality, healthcare, senior living, and residential applications.

  • The Standard-Button RRTV100B features large, easy-to-read buttons and dedicated app shortcut keys. This remote provides convenient access to popular streaming services and essential TV functions, including menus, inputs, sleep, channel navigation, and volume control.
  • The Membrane-Waterproof RRHC100B features a waterproof design with large, easy-to-read buttons and dedicated app shortcut keys. This remote is convenient for Hospitality commercial Smart TVs, making wiping and cleaning easy. Remote is waterproof up to 3 feet underwater.

With simple 1-step programming for supported TV brands. To program, simply press and hold the two corresponding buttons for your TV brand. This remote works with select Google TV, Roku TV, Android TV, LG webOS, and Fire TV televisions. The RRHC100B & RRTV100B do not support voice or RF functions. Works IR (line-of-sight) only.


Programming by Brand


Press and hold the OK + "Brand Button" (ie. MUTE) for your brand (see table below) at the same time until the LED flashes and then turns off, about 3 seconds.


SAMSUNG (Tizen OS): OK + MUTE

LG (webOS): OK + INPUT

VIZIO (Google/Android OS): OK + VOL-

HISENSE-1 (Google/Android OS): OK + DOWN CURSOR

FIRE TV (Fire TV OS): OK + RETURN (for Insignia, Toshiba, Pioneer, Hisense, TCL Fire TVs)

SONY (Google/Android OS): OK + VOL+

ROKU TV (Roku OS): OK + MENU

TCL (Google/Android OS): OK + RIGHT CURSOR

TOSHIBA (Google/Android OS): OK + CH-

PANASONIC (Google/Android OS): OK + UP CURSOR

SHARP-1 (Google/Android OS): OK + CH+

PHILIPS (Google/Android OS): OK + HOME

HISENSE-2 (Google/Android OS): OK + LEFT CURSOR

INSIGNIA (Google/Android OS): OK + EXIT

RCA (Google/Android OS): OK + NETFLIX

JVC (Google/Android OS): OK + PRIME VIDEO

Your remote should be programmed and ready to use. Please try the buttons to see if the TV operates. If it doesn't,  try programming via quick search programming.


Quick Search Programming


Point the remote control directly at the TV within a distance of 2 meters, press and hold

the POWER and CH+ simultaneously for 3 seconds, and release the buttons when the

LED light turns on. At this point:

     --Press the CH+ once to search forward.
     --Press the CH- once to search backward.

When a volume change appears on the TV screen, you can verify whether each button function

(e.g., Mute, Input, Menu, etc.) under the current code works correctly.

Note: VOL+, VOL-, and OK cannot be used as verification buttons.

If all functions work correctly, press the OK button to save and exit the manual search mode.

If not (e.g., Mute works, but Menu and Input do not), continue pressing CH+ or CH- to search

for the next set of codes. Then to press OK to save and exit.


Auto Programming


  1. Point the remote control directly at the TV within 2 meters.
  2. Press and hold the POWER and CH+ simultaneously for 3 seconds to turn on the LED light, then release the buttons.
  3. Press and hold the CH+ (the remote control will start auto-searching forward). Release the CH+ immediately when the TV volume bar appears.
  4. Press other buttons (e.g., Mute, Input, Menu) to verify if they work properly.
  5. Once the correct code is found, press OK to save.

Note: OK, CH+,and CH- can not be used as verification buttons. If the buttons work, press OK to save and exit. If the buttons do not work, use the other search method to find the correct code (usually press CH- to search backward).


Learning (from the original remote)

  1. Press and hold POWER and VOL+ together. LED stays steadily lit.
  2. Point the heads of Anderic and the original remote to each other, 1-3 Inches distance.
  3. Press the desired key of the original remote, RR(HC/TV)100B LED will blink.
  4. While blinking, press the corresponding key of Anderic Remote. RR(HC/TV)100B's LED returns to being steadily on.
  5. Repeat the above to learn all the desired keys from the original remote.
  6. When finishing the learning, press and hold POWER and VOL- together to save and exit.

Cloning Multiple RR(HC/TV)100B Remotes

  1. Press and hold the original RR(HC/TV)100B's MUTE and CH+ together. Its LED stays steadily lit. Release the keys.
  2. Press and hold another copying empty RR(HC/TV)100B's MUTE and CH- together. Its LED stays steadily lit. Release the keys.
  3. Point their heads to each other (about 1-3 cm) . Both remotes' LEDs blinking.
  4. The copying empty RR(HC/TV)100B's LED will blink slowly then turn off. The original RR(HC/TV)100B's LED will blink slowly then return to being steadily on.
  5. Copy complete. To stop copying, press POWER and VOL- together to exit Copy mode.

Factory Reset

  1. Press and hold POWER + OK for 3 seconds. LED lights up. Release both keys.
  2. Press MUTE once, then press OK once. Led flashes 4 times and turns off. Now the RR(HC/TV)100B resets to the factory state.
