I only need the remote, but you’re recommending a replacement kit. Can I purchase just the remote?

No. Unfortunately, we do not have a remote-only replacement that is compatible with your existing receiver.

The replacement kit we recommend is the only known compatible solution. It includes both a new remote and a matching receiver, which must be installed together.

In most cases, the original remote has been discontinued and is no longer available. Because the original receiver operates on a different frequency than the new remote, a remote-only purchase will not work with your existing receiver.

To restore your ceiling fan’s remote functionality, you will need to replace the receiver and pair it with the new remote included in the replacement kit.
