RR0035A | Anderic Replacement AC Window Unit Remote Control for LG, GE, Goldstar, Kenmore User Guide

The Anderic RR0035A Remote Control is a direct-replacement remote control (no programming required) designed for in-room and window air conditioner units from LG, GE, Goldstar, Hampton Bay, Kenmore, and Zenith. This model functions as a compatible substitute for original remotes, allowing you to operate your air conditioning system with the same controls and features. The RR0035A provides convenient temperature adjustment, fan speed control, and mode selection from across the room. Ideal for replacing lost or damaged remotes, this model restores full functionality to your air conditioner.

Programming


No programming is required. Just point and shoot.

Installing Batteries


Remove the battery cover from the back of the remote. Install 2x AAA Batteries matching the correct polarity.

Buttons and Operations (See FIG. 1)


  1. Power: Press to turn the unit ON or OFF.
  2. TEMP ⬆ & ⬇️ (Temperature Control): Press ⬆ & ⬇️ to increase or decrease temperature settings. The thermostat monitors room temperature to maintain the desired temperature. The thermostat can be set between 60°F and 86°F (16 °C to 30°C).
  3. Fan Speed: Press to select the fan speed: Low (F1), High (F2).
  4. Timer (Delay ON/OFF Timer):
    1. Delay ON: With the machine off, set it to automatically turn on from 1 to 24 hours later, at its previous mode and fan settings.
    2. Delay OFF: With the unit on, set it to automatically turn off from 1 to 24 hours later.
    3. Note: Each press of the TIMER button advances the timer by 1 hour. After the last press the display returns to the temperature setting.
  5. Mode (Operation Mode): Press the MODE button to cycle through 3 air conditioner operating modes: Cool / Fan / Heat.
    1. COOL: This mode is ideal on hot days to quickly cool and dehumidify the room. Use the TEMP ⬆ & ⬇️ buttons to set the desired room temperature and use the FAN SPEED button to set the desired fan circulation
    2. FAN: In this mode, the fan circulates air, but the compressor does not run. Use the FAN SPEED button to set the fan speed to High, Medium or Low. In this mode, you cannot adjust the set temperature.
    3. HEAT: This mode is ideal on cold days to heat the room quickly. Use the TEMP ⬆ & ⬇️ buttons to set the desired room temperature, and the FAN SPEED button to set the desired fan speed.
  6. Energy Saver: In this mode, the compressor and fan turn off when the set temperature is achieved. Approximately every 3 minutes, the fan turns on to allow the unit sensor to accurately determine if more cooling is needed. (Function available only on compatible units.)
  7. Auto Swing: The horizontal airflow can be adjusted by pressing the AUTO SWING button. Press this button once; the vertical louver will swing left and right automatically. To stop the louver at a desired angle, press the AUTO SWING button again. (Function available only on compatible units.)
