  2. If only one fan is installed in your home, locate the "01" switch and toggle it to the "0" position.
  3. See if remote is synced by tapping the "" (Fan On/off) button.
    1. If the fan responds, you are finished.
    2. If the fan does not respond, please continue.
  4. Tap the "Pairing" button in the battery compartment.

If pairing to a fan, when multiple DC fans are present.

  1. After installing batteries, set the dip switch to the "1" position.
  2. Turn off the fan's power using the light switch or the main circuit breaker. Then, turn it back on. This action resets the remote receiver within the ceiling fan.
  3. Inside the battery compartment, tap the "Pairing" button. No need to hold it down. Successful pairing is confirmed if the fan light flashes (if lights are installed).

You should now be able to use the new Anderic RR7225T remote control with your ceiling fan. If pairing fails, repeat the steps. If the issue persists, verify compatibility:

Operation

This remote controls the Fan's on/off function, nine fan speed settings, breeze mode, timer mode, and forward and reverse fan directions. Additionally, it controls the fan's light, including on, off, and dimming options.

Checking Remote Compatibility:

  • Locate the FCC ID or Model on the original remote. It's usually engraved or labeled on the back and should read FCC ID:**** or Model ****. Compatibility requires it to state CHQ7225T or UC7225T. If it differs, it's not compatible.
  • If the original remote isn't available, locate the receiver unit's model number on the fan motor, usually under a plate above the blades. Turn off the fan's power, unscrew the plate, and find the model number on the C or U-shaped receiver.

Note: The fan receiver could also be up in the canopy next to the ceiling or under the motor where the light should be.
