[User Guide] Anderic RR7225T Ceiling Fan Remote Control - UC7225T | TR198A | KUJCE10308

This article is applicable for models: UC7225T, TR198A, KUJCE10308, RR7225T

Pairing

  1. Insert the batteries into the remote, ensuring the correct polarization is indicated inside the battery compartment.
  2. Turn off the fan's power using the light switch or the main circuit breaker. Then, turn it back on. This action resets the remote receiver within the ceiling fan.
  3. Inside the battery compartment, press and release the "Pair" button. No need to hold it down.
  • Successful pairing is confirmed if the fan light flashes. You should now be able to use the new Anderic RR7225T remote control with your ceiling fan.

  • If pairing fails, repeat the steps. If the issue persists, verify compatibility:

Operation

This remote controls the Fan's on/off function, nine fan speed settings, breeze mode, timer mode, and allows for forward and reverse fan direction. Additionally, it controls the fan's light, including on, off, and dimming options.

Pairing to Multiple Fans

If you have multiple fans that require the same remote. Inside the battery compartment, there is a switch “0”/”1”. Set the dip switch to “1” and then follow the normal pairing instructions above.

Checking Remote Compatibility:

  • Locate the FCC ID or Model on the original remote. It's usually engraved or labeled on the back and should read FCC ID:**** or Model ****. Compatibility requires it to state CHQ7225T or UC7225T. If it differs, it's not compatible.
  • If the original remote isn't available, locate the Model number of the receiver unit atop the fan motor, usually under a plate above the blades. Turn off the fan's power, unscrew the plate, and find the model number on the C or U-shaped receiver.

Note: The fan receiver could also be up in the canopy next to the ceiling or under the motor where the light should be.
