[User Guide] Anderic RRH100 & RRHC100 Hospitality TV 1-Device Universal Remote Control

Introduction

With the purchase of this remote, you should receive a screw for the battery cover. The battery cover screw is optional; the battery cover does not need the screw to hold it in place. This remote requires two AAA-size batteries, which are not included.

The cable can be easily attached under the battery cover for a secure and seamless appearance.

Installing the batteries

Please install batteries into the remote by following the steps below.

  1. Remove the battery cover by removing the screw on the backside of the remote.
  2. Press firmly down and slide the battery door towards the bottom to remove it.
  3. Install two AAA batteries, ensuring they match polarities, and then reinstall the battery door and screw.

Programming the remote:

Direct Code Input Method

NOTE: The RRH100/C100 are Pre-programmed to work with LG and Vizio TVs. Additionally, STB-2000 Set-top Boxes (Bed code 0) can be used when the STB mode is unlocked. Click here to view the code list.

  1. Locate and record the codes from the code list provided.
  2. Turn on the device you want to control, and find the corresponding brand code from the attached code list. 
  3. Press and release the device mode key you would like to program ([TV] or [STB]). 
  4. Press and hold [S] and [ENTER] keys simultaneously for about three seconds until the

    indicator light lights and remains on, then release both keys. 

  5. Input the four-digit code. If the remote successfully saves the code, the indicator light will go out. If there is an error, the indicator light will blink slowly three times and then turn off. Repeat steps 1-4.

Please verify that most remote control keys can operate the device. If not, please restart steps 1-4 using a different code.

After trying all the codes for your brand without success, please try the “Programming the remote—Code Search” method below. 

Note: During the programming mode, pressing any button other than the number buttons or not pressing any button for 10 seconds will cause the remote to exit programming mode.

Programming the remote: Code Search Method

  1. Turn on the device you want to control. 
  2. Press and release the device mode key you would like to program ([TV] or [STB]). 
  3. Press and hold [S] and [ENTER] keys simultaneously for about three seconds until

    The indicator light lights and remains on. Release both keys. 

  4. Repeatedly Press [CH+] to search forwards or [CH-] to search backward; the remote will send the code of POWER one by one. 
  5. When the device is turned off, immediately press the [S] button to save and exit. 

Code Display

  1. Press and release keys [MUTE] and [1] simultaneously, then release. The indicator light

    flashing times represent the first digit of the code. Note: If the digit is 0, the indicator light will not flash. 

  2. Press and release keys [MUTE] and [2] simultaneously, then release. The indicator light flashing times represent the second digit of the code.
  3.  Press and release keys [MUTE] and [3] simultaneously, then release. The indicator light flashing times represent the third digit of the code.
  4.  Press and release keys [MUTE] and [4] simultaneously, then release. The indicator light flashing times represent the fourth digit of the code. 

Note: If the digit is 0, the indicator light will not flash.

Single Press Combined POWER Key

  1. Press and hold the [S] and [ENTER] keys simultaneously for about three seconds until the

  2. The device mode indicator light will light. It doesn’t matter which mode lights. 
  3. Input code [9] [9] [9] [5].
    1. Enabled – (0 blinks): If the indicator light turns off immediately after inputting the four digits, this indicates that “one key power-off all devices” has been successfully enabled.
    2. Disabled – (2 blinks): If the indicator light blinks twice after inputting the four digits, this indicates that “one key power-off all devices” has been successfully disabled. 

Note: After one key power-off, all devices are successfully enabled. Press the [POWER] key, it will send STB Power immediately followed by the TV Power code.

STB (set-top-box) Punch-Through Function

  1. Press and hold the [S] and [ENTER] keys simultaneously for about three seconds until the

  2. The device mode indicator light will light. It doesn’t matter which mode lights. 
  3. Input code [9] [9] [9] [0].
    1. Enabled – (0 blinks): If the indicator light turns off directly after inputting the four digits, this indicates that “STB punch-through” was successfully enabled.
    2. Disabled – (2 blinks): If the indicator light blinks 2 times after inputting the four digits, this indicates that “STB punch-through” was successfully disabled.

TV Punch-Through Function

  1. Press and hold the [S] and [ENTER] keys simultaneously for about three seconds until the

    indicator light lights and remains on, release both keys. 

  2. The device mode indicator light will light. It doesn’t matter which mode lights. 
  3. Input code [9] [9] [9] [1].
    1. Enabled – (0 blinks): If the indicator light turns off directly after inputting the four digits, this indicates that “TV punch-through” was successfully enabled.
    2. Disabled – (2 blinks): If the indicator light blinks 2 times after inputting the four digits, this indicates that “TV punch-through” was successfully disabled

Individually assign the key punch-through Lock

  1. Press and hold the [S] and [ENTER] keys simultaneously for about three seconds until the

    indicator light lights and remains on, release both keys. 

  2. Input the 2-digit code [9] [8]. 
  3. Press the button you want to lock. 
  4. Press the device mode button you want to assign it to (e.g., [TV] or [STB]). If successful, the indicator light will turn off directly after pressing the Mode button. Repeat steps 1 – 4 for each button lock.

Individually Assign Punch-through Unlock

  1. Press and hold the [S] and [ENTER] keys simultaneously for about three seconds until the indicator light turns on and remains on, then release both keys. 
  2. Input the three digits [9] [0] [0], 
  3. Press the button you want to unlock the punch-through; the indicator light will blink once & turn off.

Device Mode Lock

  1. Press and release the device mode key you would like to lock the code for ([TV] or [STB]). 
  2. Press and hold the [S] and [ENTER] keys simultaneously for about three seconds until the indicator light turns on and remains on, then release both keys. 
  3. Input code [9] [9] [9] [9],
    1. Locked - If the indicator light turns off immediately after four digits are entered, it indicates that the mode has been successfully locked.
    2. Unlocked - If the indicator light blinks twice and then turns off after 4 digits are entered, it indicates that the mode has been successfully unlocked.

Reset to Factory Default Status - Unchanging 1-Device/2-DeviceStatus

  1. Press and hold the [S] and [ENTER] keys simultaneously for about three seconds until the indicator light turns on and remains on, then release both keys. 
  2. Input code [9] [9] [9] [6]. The indicator light will turn off, indicating that the remote has been reset to factory default status

Reset to Factory Default Status

  1. Press and hold [S] and [ENTER] keys simultaneously for about three seconds until the indicator light lights and remains on, then release both keys.
  2. Input code [9] [7] [6] [0]. The indicator light will turn off, indicating that the remote has been reset to factory default status

Advanced Option: Shift remote to 1-device; TV-only remote.

  1. Press and hold [S] and [ENTER] keys simultaneously for about three seconds until the indicator light lights and remains on, then release both keys. 
  2. Input code [9] [7] [6] [1]. The indicator light will blink three times, indicating that the remote has been successfully reset to its factory default status and converted to a 1-device remote.

Advanced Option: Shift remote to 2-Device; TV/STB remote.

  1. Press and hold [S] and [ENTER] keys simultaneously for about three seconds until the indicator light lights and remains on, then release both keys. 
  2. Input code [9] [7] [6] [2]. The indicator light will blink three times, indicating that the remote has been successfully reset to its factory default status and converted to a 2-device remote.
