Additional notes:
The following devices are known to be incompatible with the RRU401.
- Dish Hopper 3 (but will work with all other Dish boxes, IR only)
- Roku Stick
- Amazon Fire Stick
Note about Roku Devices
Roku TVs and Roku Players cannot use the number keys to access specific channels. Therefore, the RRU401 will not function to control the number keys on your Roku TV or Roku Player, regardless of the code. To view available keys that work with your Roku device, please refer to the code key mapping tool.
Note about DirecTV boxes
When programming a DirecTV box, you may need to change the remote control settings to IR. Using the DirecTV remote, press MENU > Settings & Help > Settings > Remote control, then find the option to change from RF to IR mode.
Pre-programmed for the following:
TV mode - LG (code: 2698)
DVD mode - Samsung (code: 3229)
STB mode - Motorola (code: 5260)
Audio mode - Vizio Sound Bar (code: 4240)

The following codes must be programmed under TV mode, and disabling "ROKU PUNCH-THROUGH (no D-Pad)" is required (see instructions in manual).
