[User Guide] Anderic FAN10R & FAN9T Ceiling Fan Remote Control and Receiver

This article applies to the following products:

• Anderic FAN10R Ceiling Fan Receiver
• Anderic FAN9TR Thermostatic (without Dimming) for Hampton Bay Ceiling Fan Remote Control
• Anderic FAN10R/FAN9T Ceiling Fan Kit

Receiver Installation Instructions 

1. Turn off the power to the fan at the circuit breaker box. 
2. Remove the screws from the receiver cover (located on top of the motor housing). 
3. Remove any zip ties holding down the wires (if necessary). 
4. Remove any screws holding down the receiver (if necessary). 
5. Disconnect the 9-pin connector plug. 
6. Install the new receiver using the steps above in reverse order. 
7. Take note of the dip-switches pattern (FIG. 1) for pairing with the remote in the next step.

Pairing the remote

Note: This unit has a total of 16 different code

combinations using the four dip-switches located in the battery compartment of the remote and on the receiver. See FIG 1. 

1. On the remote: Remove the battery cover and set the dip-switches to any pattern. 
2. On the receiver, set the dip switches to the same pattern as the remote. See diagram FIG.1.

FAN9T Operating Guide

[FAN AUTO]: Switches fan between Manual/Auto

[FAN SWITCH]: Press once for low speed, twice for medium speed, three times for high speed, and four times to turn the fan off

[SET TIMER]: Sets the timer for the fan and light 

[LIGHT]: Press once to power on the lights. Press twice to power off the lights.

[TEMP/SET HOUR UP]: Set the temperature or timer up

[TEMP/SET DOWN]: Sets temperature or timer down

[LIGHT DELAY]: Turns light on for 3 minutes

[FOR/REV]: Change the directions of the fan blades

Switch between C/F - To switch between Celsius / Fahrenheit, Press the TEMP/SET HOUR UP and DOWN keys simultaneously for three seconds.
