[User Guide] Anderic RR7099T, RR7098T, and CHQ8BT7098T Ceiling Fan Remote Controls

This article applies to the Anderic RR7099T, RR7098T (with Reverse key), and CHQ8BT7098T ceiling fan remote controls.

Compatibility

The Anderic RR7099T and RR7098T can work with any existing fan that came with the CHQ8BT7098T ceiling fan remote control. The RR7099T works with the Anderic UC7067FCRX receiver.

Basic Remote Functions

• Press the [FAN] Button to adjust the fan speed. With each press, the fan will cycle through each speed as follows: OFF, LOW, MEDIUM, HIGH
• Press the [Light] Button to power on and off the lights.
• Pressing and holding the [Light] Button will dim the light brightness. 
  • The dimming range of light brightness is 20%-100%
• (RR7098T only) Pressing the [Reverse] key will change the direction of the fan.

Warning:

This remote will not work with models labeled KUJCE9201. Please always check the FCC ID on the back of your original remote before you purchase.

Installing the Battery

Note: See reference image below.

1. Slide [1] the battery cover off by pressing in and down toward the bottom of the remote, removing the cover from the battery compartment [3].
2. Install a 9-Volt battery, ensuring the polarity matches by aligning the prongs of the battery with the corresponding prong on the battery terminal [6].
   1. Before placing the battery inside the compartment, please ensure that you follow the pairing instructions, as you will not have access to the dip-switch panel [4] while the battery is inside the compartment.
3. Then align the battery so that it fits entirely inside the battery compartment.
4. Replace the battery cover.

Installing the wall mount

Note: see the reference image below.

1. Find a suitable area on the wall.
2. Mark the holes by aligning the wall mount on the wall, using a pencil.
3. Install anchors (not provided), if needed, and insert the two screws through the wall mount holes, which are located under the wall mount screw cover [5], securing the wall mount to the wall.
4. Replace the wall mount screw cover [5].
