[User Guide] Anderic RR7070T, RR7030T, FAN53TW, FAN53TB Ceiling Fan Remote Controls
This article applies to the Anderic RR7070T, FAN53TW, and FAN53TB ceiling fan remote controls, along with the FAN53T, UC7070T, CHQ7070T, UC7030T, CHQ7030T, and KUJCE9103.

Instructions

- For pairing the FAN53TB with the FAN42R receiver:
- Cycle power to the fan by the wall switch or the circuit breaker, and within 30 seconds:
- Press and hold the OFF and LIGHT keys simultaneously on the remote for about 5 seconds. The lights on the fan will blink twice to confirm pairing.
Setup
Please refer to the image below.
- Remove the battery cover by pressing down and then towards the bottom of the remote.
- Install a 9-volt battery by pressing the prongs of the battery to the corresponding prongs on the connector plug (2), ensuring the polarity matches.
- Set the dip switches to match the receiver installed in your fan. Full instructions here.
- Place the battery inside the battery compartment (1) and install the battery cover.
Button Functions
- LIGHT / DIMMER: Press the light button to toggle the fan's lights on or off. Press and hold the light button to cycle through dimming—release when your desired brightness is reached.
Fan Speeds:
Press the respective button to select the desired fan speed.
- LOW: Turns the fan on to the lowest speed.
- MED: Turns the fan on to the second-highest speed.
- HI: Turns the fan on to the highest speed.
- OFF: Power the fan completely off.
